Use of the service
GameEngine Studios provides learning material, interactive tools, community features, file storage, galleries, and account services. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private.
Acceptable conduct
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe other accounts, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, harass users, or upload material you do not have the right to use. Content that is illegal, exploitative, or intended to harm people or systems is prohibited.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create and upload. You grant GameEngine Studios the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content only to operate the features you choose. You are responsible for your content, its backups, and any permissions required for it.
Storage and availability
Cloud storage is subject to per-account quotas, supported file types, security checks, and reasonable use limits. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed for maintenance or security. Do not treat the service as the only copy of irreplaceable files.
Learning and third-party information
Learning content and engine comparisons are general information, not legal, financial, or licensing advice. Game engine licenses and pricing can change; verify current terms with the engine publisher before making a commercial decision. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Enforcement and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or secure the service. Where practical, requests about an account can be made through the Contact page.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or loss-free storage cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by applicable law, GameEngine Studios is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use or inability to use the service.
